We’re delighted to announce that this week’s Weekly £2000 Draw winner is Kenneth Hesketh, from Bury Council, with ticket number 20518.

Ken has been part of the Weekly £2000 Draw right from the very beginning, joining back in 2018, which makes this win even more special.

Ken works as a Team Leader Driver, based at Bradley Fold Depot, and has dedicated an incredible 25 years to keeping the borough of Bury clean, tidy and running smoothly. His role involves leading essential front line services that make a real difference to our everyday lives, from waste removal to ensuring that our streets, parks and community areas are places that we can all enjoy. Quite literally, Ken helps keep Bury looking its best!

We’re also proud to highlight that Bury Council are long-standing accredited supporters of the Weekly £2000 Draw, with a strong ticket uptake from their workforce. A large number of council employees hold tickets and regularly support the draw, helping to invest back into the borough while being in with a chance of winning each week.

When we spoke to Ken, he told us the winnings will be going towards an exciting family holiday to Crete this summer. With 12 family members heading along, including kids and grandkids, the £2000 will certainly help make some unforgettable memories for them all.
