This week’s lucky ticket holder is Rhianna Bateson from Darwen, with ticket number 21591. When asked how she’ll be spending her prize this time around, Rhianna shared that she plans to treat her 2½ year-old son, Teddy, and her 10-month-old Cockapoo, Rupert.
