Another Win At The Bury Black Pudding Company

Please join us in congratulating Carl Dyson who has won this week’s Weekly £2,000 Draw with ticket number 23119.

Today we were thrilled to contact another local business that has continued to be an avid supporter of the Weekly £2000 Draw. With 36 tickets held by it’s employees, we visited The Bury Black Pudding Company to let them know that one of their staff members was this week’s winner of our £2000 prize.

The Bury Black Pudding Company are the only manufacturers of Bury Black Pudding actually based in Bury.  Due to demand for their quality product and local sourcing schemes, you’ll now find the exact same black puddings served on their market stall, in Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Co-op, Spar, Morrison’s, Iceland and Booker.

They have one of the longest established stalls on Bury’s world famous market.  Generations of families continue to come and buy their famous black puddings, fresh farm eggs, chickens, cheese & sausage.  Look out for their logo! You’ll find them at Stall No 5, Edward Block, Bury Open Market.

The win went to Production Officer, Carl Dyson, who has been at the company for 18 months. Carl holds 2 tickets to the Draw and has been in it since September 2022. It was Carl’s day off work today so we didn’t get change to visit to surprise him in person however it was a fantastic phone call!

When we asked Carl what their winnings will be spent on, he went on to say that it’s going towards extra drinks for him and his partner, Fran, when they go and visit Barcelona soon. That sounds lovely.

We wish Carl and his partner all the best for their trip. Congratulations!
