Today’s Weekly £2,000 Draw winner is Bonni Meert from Bury Council, with winning ticket number 24133.

Bury Council has been a long-standing Accredited Supporter of the Weekly £2,000 Draw, holding a large number of tickets across its staff teams and helping to support local businesses across the borough.

Bonni joined the draw in May 2024 and was delighted when we called with the news that she had won £2,000.

Working as a Catering Area Manager, Bonni oversees school meal services across both primary and secondary schools throughout the borough, a role she has held for almost five years.

The timing of the win could not have been better. Later this year, Bonni and her family will be travelling to Tenerife to celebrate her father-in-law’s 60th birthday, and she says the extra £2,000 will make a huge difference by providing some additional spending money for the trip.
