Today’s Weekly £2000 Draw winner is a very special one… because we have a double winner!

Michelle Thornhill from Ramsbottom has won the Weekly £2000 Draw for the second time, with the same ticket that brought her luck back in August 2023 – ticket number 22936. Lightning really can strike twice!

Michelle first joined the draw back in 2021 and then added a second ticket in 2022. It’s that second ticket that has now delivered both of her wins, making today’s result even more remarkable.

We weren’t able to visit Michelle with the giant cheque this time, as she was enjoying a well-earned day off from her role as a Matron at Warrington Hospital and doing some Christmas shopping at the Trafford Centre. Instead, the good news came via a phone call… and what a call it was.

Michelle was absolutely delighted when she answered, with the news bringing tears to her eyes. She told us the winnings couldn’t have come at a better time and will be put straight towards Christmas, making this festive season extra special.
