Cosalea was established in September 2020 at our Walshaw Rd venue. A place to eat, meet & create was born from Managing Directors, Lisa Moore’s vision to create a space to do just that.

Serving Breakfasts, Brunches & Lunches & providing a hub at the heart of the community where friendships could be made, business could be done & communities could come together to flourish. Cosalea quickly became a name that was known across Bury & everyone wanted to know more about.

In 2021 Cosalea, Walshaw Rd was relaunched with an alcohol license & brand-new look, now offering evening dining & The Vault being used as the perfect space to celebrate any occasion.

Fast Forward to 2025 & Cosalea now operates services at Killelea House, Brandlesholme where we look after patient lunches & also offer a standalone café open to the public 7 days a week. Proudly partnering with Business Lodge since April 2024 looking after their catering needs from their Grab & Go stations to delivering a variety of catering to their meeting rooms & offices. Our Walshaw Rd site has become our first franchise which has given our business & ourselves as business owners new challenges & opportunities.

Alongside our day-to-day business we are delighted to host & cater for many special occasions across our sites & at various venues across Bury & beyond we pride ourselves in providing bespoke services & packages to compliment any celebration or function.
