Angel Face Jewellery is a Body Piercing Studio based in Ramsbottom, Lancashire. Lyndsey has been piercing for nearly 30 years and offers a full range of Body Piercing services as well as offering Mentorship schemes to beginners wishing to enter the industry and a range of formally accredited training programmes to existing piercers who wish to add to their skills. The studio has been based in Ramsbottom since 2012.

The studio is licensed and fully insured. Lyndsey is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and visitors can be assured of the highest standards where infection control is concerned, as well as being provided with comprehensive aftercare advice and ongoing support to keep their new piercings healthy. Piercings are carried out using needles and implant grade jewellery. Clients return to Angel Face Jewellery time and time again and the studio is proud to say that most clients arrive through word of mouth rather than paid advertising.
An Inclusive Space
Lyndsey is proud of her diverse client base and welcomes everyone in a space with a fully private piercing room and an advance booking policy to ensure privacy and discretion. The studio is wheelchair accessible. Policies, consent forms and bathrooms are gender neutral. Lyndsey has furthered her own skills to ensure that visitors with diverse physical and neurological needs can enjoy equal access to services as standard. A range of fidget and stim toys are available and the website features a social story to assist anyone who may benefit from it. As well as general piercing services, the studio offers sessions dedicated to the needs of those experiencing SEND, Dementia, Anxiety and ASD as well as offering days dedicated exclusively to younger clients. Extended appointments are offered at no extra charge to those who have reason to require one.
Training and Mentoring
Lyndsey is a Level 5 Teacher, and her training is recognised by the UK Register of Learning Professionals as well as being supported by various industry insurance bodies and CPD accreditations.
Those wishing to enter the industry can take advantage of Lyndsey’s award-winning Mentorship programme which allows people to work whilst they learn and develops skills over a 12- or 18-month period to ensure that people learn in a thorough and appropriate way. The mentorship programme also teaches people the relevant business skills needed to set up and manage their new empire.
Lyndsey also travels across the UK bringing a range of additional training to people who are already Body Piercers and want to add new skills to their business. Any training she carries out offers both theory and practical elements with all practical work carried out on live models to ensure that student are assessed on real results.
What Else Does Angel Face Jewellery Do?
Lyndsey turned her love for upcycling things into a brand called RockStruck. She upcycles clothing to make one-of-a-kind pieces for bands to wear on stage, or for fellow music lovers to wear at gigs and festivals.
Lyndsey makes jewellery from guitar strings and makes custom artwork based on band logos. She is also one of the organisers of a (not-for-profit) Bury based music festival called Glaston-BURY which takes place every August Bank Holiday Monday.
The event has raised nearly half a million pounds in donations to Bury Hospice and other local causes since it began in 2008.
