We’re delighted to announce that this week’s lucky winner of the Made in Bury Weekly £2,000 Draw is Carrie Kearns, with ticket number 21792, which she’s proudly held since March 2020!

Carrie is a Pet Bereavement Counsellor, Hypnotherapist, and Single Session Therapist, providing vital support to people when they need it most. When we called Carrie to share the news, she was excited and thrilled to hear that she’d become this week’s winner.

Carrie told us that she originally joined the Weekly £2,000 Draw because she loved how it gives back to the local community, particularly through its support for local businesses — and now that community spirit has come full circle!

As for her plans for the prize, Carrie said some of her winnings will go towards work needed on her car, but she also plans to invest in her own professional development, using some of the money for CPD courses to further enhance her skills as a counsellor which will help to support more people. What a fantastic way to spend it!
