CalmStitch is a company that designs and creates a product that combines the creative art of cross stitch with mindfulness and empowering messages. CalmStitch cross stitch kits contain everything you need to create beautiful embroideries that will help induce a sense of calm and mindfulness as you stitch and leave you with a finished product designed to help you feel positive and uplifted.
CalmStitch is a new business in Bury launched in 2017 by Nichola. Nichola is a qualified counsellor and teacher with fifteen years’ experience working in education and counselling. She is passionate about empowering others through helping them achieve their potential. CalmStitch kits will help users develop their mindfulness skills whilst learning the creative art of cross stitch.
CalmStitch has already been presented with a Start up Award from Santander and the University of Salford. We are very proud to be part of the Made in Bury Business Academy and we look forward to working in partnership to help our business grow.
