Craft and Bloom was established in April 2022 as a result of a change of career and a desire to be able to earn a living using my love of floristry and craft. Over the years I have produced many craft items and flower arrangements for my own use and for gifts for friends and family, the response is always that I should start my own business. Finally, after lockdown and a change in personal circumstances, I decided that I should take the opportunity and start my own business.
The name Craft and Bloom encompasses the floristry element of the business and the craft element. It always references the way I feel when crafting as I always feel relaxed when crafting and ultimately feel I bloom.
The main core of the business is floristry with the addition of bespoke handmade cards and wooden gifts. Items can be themed and adapted to suit different budgets which in the current times I feel is vital in order to succeed.
The business is initially home based and will be promoted via social media and word of mouth.
