  • Your date of birth and/or age, e.g. to make sure that you are eligible to apply for the product and/or that it is suitable for you.
  • Bank account details to set up Direct Debits

If you do not provide us with the personal information we need, we may be unable to provide you with our services or process your application to open an account with us.

We are based in the UK and your personal information is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA).

Keeping your personal information secure

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We will generally hold your information for the whole time that you have an account with us, and for a period of three years after your account is closed.  We may, in certain circumstances, keep your information for longer than this, for instance where we are required by law to do so, or where we need to retain your information to defend or exercise our legal rights.
