To enter the Made in Bury Business Awards, please follow the steps below:

1. Download the relevant entry form(s)
2. Complete your entry form(s) and save to your desktop. Please ensure your entry adheres to the stated word limit for the category you wish to enter and please ensure you follow the same process for every category you wish to enter
3. You can submit your entry form, logo and supporting materials in one of three ways:
- Download the relevant entry form(s) and upload to the website
- Download the relevant entry form(s) and email to debi@madeinbury.co.uk
- Download the relevant entry form(s) and return by post to: Debi Fellone, Europa House, Barcroft Street, Bury, BL9 5BT

WHO CAN ENTER
The awards are open to businesses with a base in the borough of Bury.
The awards are free to enter and shortlisted organisations will receive one free ticket to the celebration dinner.
THE JUDGING PROCESS
The Made in Bury team are not involved in the judging process. Judging is done by our independent judging panel.
The judges are split into panels and asked to judge 3 or 4 categories each. The 3 finalists in each category will be determined by the judges’ scores and the winner, highly commended and commended will be announced at the awards ceremony.
The judges will be looking for examples of companies or organisations who can clearly demonstrate success in the last 12 month period, including growth of the company or reversing decline, managing and overcoming adversities, job creation, financial performance, industry accolades, innovation, staff development and leadership.
The judges are looking for literate, inspiring and compelling entries. Please take note of the word count indicated for each category.
SUPPORTING MATERIALS
You may upload or email up to 3 pieces of supporting material along with your entry as well as an obligatory business logo in JPEG format (this may be used in presentation materials and the event brochure should you be shortlisted).
Each must be no larger than 2MB and can be in Word, Excel, JPEG or PDF format (we cannot accept any other file types). These can include items such as:
- Team CVs
- Business account summaries
- Copies of media coverage
- Media evaluation
- Testimonials
- DVDs / CDs
- Marketing materials
- Photography
- Web links

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Please ensure you complete your entries by the closing date.
There is no charge to enter.
Please ensure you upload one entry form for every category you wish to enter.
Please complete all sections of the form, and refer to the criteria on the categories page of this website. Entries that are incomplete or exceed the stated word limit may not be accepted or may be penalised. Remember to include evidence such as statistics, testimonials or industry accolades.
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of any entry.All completed entries will be acknowledged online upon completion of entry. If you do not see this confirmation page, please email debi@madeinbury.co.uk
All organisations must supply a company logo and are asked to upload this online with their entry. Please supply this in JPEG or EPS format.
Made in Bury reserves the right to extend the closing deadline, amend categories or not award categories should entries received not reach the required standard.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into regarding the selection of finalists and winners.

THE AWARDS CEREMONY
Made in Bury reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not on the guest list.
