Much Loved Primary School Celebrates Fourth Weekly Draw Win

This week’s Weekly £2,000 Draw has landed in a place that already feels a bit like lucky ground…

A huge congratulations to Sarah Kelshaw from All Saints Church of England Primary School, who won with ticket number 23262.

Sarah is the fourth winner from the school which shows just how lucky they are – the more tickets you have, the more chance you have of winning.

Sarah’s journey is a lovely one. She’s been part of the school for a while, previously working as a Teaching Assistant in Reception, before stepping into her current role as School Business Manager in September 2025. Now she’s the one behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly day to day. The kind of role that keeps everything ticking, even if it’s not always seen. So it feels pretty fitting that this time… it’s Sarah’s turn to be in the spotlight.

This win couldn’t have come at a better time. Sarah already has a family cruise booked for October, so the £2,000 is going straight towards extra spending money and a few treats for the kids. Because let’s face it… holidays hit differently when you don’t have to check your bank balance before saying yes.

What we love about stories like this is how local they feel. A local school, a familiar face and someone who gives a lot to their role and their community… now getting something back.

That’s exactly what the Weekly £2,000 Draw is about. Yes, it’s a weekly win, but it’s also about what those tickets go on to support across Bury, from start-up businesses to local initiatives.

To every single one of you who holds a ticket… thank you. You’re the reason we get to share stories like Sarah’s every week. You’re helping create these moments, while also supporting local businesses and opportunities across Bury.

And to our accredited supporters, who go that extra step further… we genuinely couldn’t do this without you. You’re not just part of the draw… you’re part of the bigger picture.
